Consultation & 3D Scan
A detailed exam plus a digital scan maps your jawbone and gum health, so the plan is built around your actual anatomy, not guesswork. This is also when your itemised quote is put together — nothing is guessed at before this step.
Implant Placement
A titanium implant post is placed precisely into the jawbone under local anaesthesia — most patients describe this step as far less uncomfortable than they expected. The appointment itself typically takes 30–60 minutes per tooth.
Healing (Osseointegration)
Over roughly 3–6 months, the implant fuses naturally with your jawbone — the biological step that gives implants their 15–25+ year lifespan. Dr. Shilpa checks on progress with periodic reviews during this window.
Crown Fitting
